The work
One building at a time
We do not take a list of homes for other people, and we do not let a room. A purchase puts that one building in the company name. A sale passes a building we already have to a buyer.
Start with an email. Name the address, or the area, and say which way the deal should run.
Buy
When you sell to us
You own the building and you want New Land Options to buy it. The note needs the full address, whether it is a house or a flat, and whether anyone still lives there.
- 1We read the address and decide if we want that building.
- 2If we do, the reply is a price. That price is the offer.
- 3Solicitors complete the purchase into the company name.
Sell
When you buy from us
You want a property we already own. Tell us the area, or a postcode, and whether you want a house or a flat. We reply only if we own one that fits.
The price is ours to set. A viewing is that one building, at a time agreed by email. We do not show homes that belong to someone else.
Already ours
We do not publish a list
After we buy, the building stays with the company until we choose to sell. There is no public list of everything we own.
If you are looking, ask for an area. If we have nothing there, we say so.

Not a tenancy
We do not let a house or a room. The company keeps the building until a sale completes.
